Rohit Waghela is the founder of Resolute Advisory. He is an engineer by training and a marketer by practice — a BSc in Software Engineering from Champlain College, Vermont, and an MSc in International Marketing from Hult International Business School, London, where he won the Gold Medal and the Action Project for BUPA. The combination is unusual, and it is the organising idea behind Resolute: problems that sit at the intersection of brand, tech, and AI need a partner who can read the product spec and the brand brief in the same afternoon.

Over twenty years, Rohit has operated on all three sides of the table — as the agency lead pitching strategy, as the in-house marketing director owning the funnel, and as the advisor helping founders raise and go to market. At GREY Group (2013–2016), he served as Associate Account Director on integrated mandates for Adobe, Aditya Birla Financial Services, GoAir, Samrat Aata, and the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), and led two enterprise software launches for Adobe — the Technical Communication Suite and the eLearning Suite — from feature narrative through stage execution. At Curve It Right (2016–2024), he spent eight years building a D2C brand from early stage through scale as Marketing Director, owning paid, organic, CRM, lifecycle, and retention.

Since 2024, Rohit has run three mandates in parallel. As General Manager — Business at Simplicity Labs, he leads growth and customer acquisition for a portfolio of US-focused SaaS, CPaaS, agentic AI, fintech, crypto, and marketplace products — end-to-end outbound, paid acquisition, SEO, ABM, and positioning. As Business Advisor at Mizzle Cloud, he shaped the enterprise and investor narrative for a decentralised cloud and CPaaS infrastructure platform — work that contributed to a USD 1M pre-seed raise from OneXtel. And as CMO (Hybrid) at PayAiro, a US-focused fintech SaaS, he owned growth end-to-end and delivered a 35% lift in user acquisition and 28% growth in digital engagement over the engagement.

Public-sector and frontier-tech work sits alongside the commercial track. Rohit has led national-scale pitches to the Ministry of AYUSH (a blockchain- and AI-driven digital health, supply chain, and compliance framework) and to India Post (an AI- and blockchain-enabled postal modernisation framework). His venture Braands.io — an AI-powered brand, domain, and digital identity platform — received a ₹25 Lakh grant from a government-backed innovation programme run by Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).

Rohit founded Resolute Advisory to bring this operating discipline to the next generation of consulting engagements. The thesis is simple: the problems that matter now — brand-to-shelf, product-to-market, AI-pilot-to-production — do not sit inside any single practice. Resolute works at the intersections, with senior operators who have shipped the work before.

Outside the firm, Rohit is a World Cyber Games quarterfinalist (2007, Counter-Strike 1.6) and a multi-podium IEEE robotics competitor. He believes both are on the CV for a reason: most hard problems are a mix of speed, precision, and judgment under pressure.

The deliverable is the decision, not the deck. If the client cannot act on what we hand over, we have not done the work.

We contract to metrics where we can — acquisition, conversion, launch date, audit readiness. The scope line is where most consultants hide. We don't.

Brand collides with product. Product collides with AI. AI collides with regulation. We are built for the collisions — not for staying inside a practice silo.

Say the honest thing.

If the rebrand is not the answer, we will say so. If the AI pilot will not ship, we will say so. Our reputation is worth more than your next invoice.
